Postage
All items are priced for free delivery to mainland UK which will be via Royal Mail, Hermes, DHL or other services as they become available. These services provide a 3 day delivery service, however, during the Covid 19 pandemic delivery times may vary. We despatch items usually on the same day, however, in some cases it can take up to two days. We will post to other areas - please contact us first for postal costs. Should there be any problem with the delivery of an item let us know as soon as possible by email to the address above.
Returns
All our products are made to exacting standards in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Should you experience any problem with one of our products please contact us by email as soon as possible and within 15 days of purchase. We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase and will provide a refund should you experience a problem with one of our products. It is important to note that our products are all hand made and there will be slight variations from batch to batch.
If an item has been ordered which you no longer wish to receive, please let us know. If the item hasn't been despatched we will credit you in full. If the order has been despatched you will need to return the order at your cost and a deduction for the original postage costs will be made prior to refunding the order value.
