The bees have been very busy this spring and have created a surplus of early honey.  Normally our first honey is the May Blossom but this year we have an even earlier crop and this allows us to identify with even more accuracy the forage that the bees to create this honey.  
Our Early Spring Honey comes, in the main, from Apple and Quince blossom, Dandelions and Field Maple.  It is brimming with the flavour of spring.
