Our wild flower Welsh honey with a high protein rich pollen content.

The bees become covered in pollen as they search for nectar. The pollen is brushed into small pellets which the bees store in their 'bee baskets' - a series of jagged hairs on their legs - for their flight back to the hive.
The bees need most of the pollen to nourish their growing larvae so we harvest just a small amount in order to produce a limited supply of this very special honey.
